Annual tuition & fees for Incarnation Catholic School

We are dedicated to providing a faith-filled education. We strive to make Catholic education accessible to all families.

Pre-K 3

  • Full-Day (7:45am-3:00pm): $695 per month
  • Half-Day (7:45am-12:00pm): $515 per month

Pre-K 4

  • Full-Day (7:45am-3:00pm): $575 per month + VPK voucher
  • Half-Day  M-F (7:45am-12:00pm): $255 per month + VPK voucher
  • M,T,Th,F (7:45am-12:00pm): VPK Voucher 

K-8th Grade 

  • Annual Tuition: $9,300.00

Additional Fees

Technology Fee:

  • $200 (non-refundable) technology fee for Kindergarten through 8th grade

Security Fee:

  • PK3: $150 per student (annual)
  • VPK: $150 per student ( annual)
  • K-8th: $250 per student (annual)

    Raffle Commitment:

    • $150 raffle ticket sales required per family (15 tickets at $10 per ticket). Families will be billed for any unsold raffle tickets. ( The raffle commitment is not optional).

     

    Athletic Fee:

    • $100.00 per ICS sport played (only if applicable)

    Graduation Fee:

    • Pre-K 4: $50 per student (cap and gown)
    • 8th: $225 per student (cap and gown, diploma, transcripts)

    Commitment Hours: Families are required to volunteer 20 hours per year. Unfulfilled hours are billed at $25 per hour for service and fundraising. Unfulfilled hours are billed at the end of the school year.

     

    All fees are non-refundable.
