Admissions Process

Are you interested in learning more about Incarnation Catholic School? Follow these steps to join our community.

Step 1: Submit an inquiry & request a tour

Step 2: Submit an application

Step 3: Scheduling student assessment & family interview

Step 2: Submit an application

Complete your application by paying the non-refundable fee and uploading all required documents.  

Birth Certificate

Copy of the most recent transcript (report cards) for each student, if applicable.

Copy of the most recent State/Standardized Testing for each student, if applicable.

Copy of the 504, IEP, and/or evaluations for speech, developmental, behavioral, learning, or social differences, if applicable.

 

Step 3: Scheduling family interview & student assessment

Our Director of Admission will review your application and schedule an assessment and interview for your family. Students will complete math and reading assessments, and families will meet the principal.

Step 4: Acceptance and enrollment

The principal will make an admission decision, and successful applicants will receive an email with enrollment instructions. You will have one week to accept your child's seat.
