Step 1: Request a Tour:
Are you interested in learning more about our school? Submit an inquiry and request a tour. Inquiry
Step 2: Submit an Application: *26/27 Applications Will Open December 1, 2025*
***If you would like to apply for the current 25/26 school year, please contact the school office to confirm if space is available, and to receive access to the application.***
To complete an application:
- Pay a $60.00 non-refundable Application fee/Assessment fee.
Upload the following to the application:
Birth Certificate
Copy of the most recent transcript (report cards) for each student, if applicable.
Copy of the most recent State/Standardized Testing for each student, if applicable.
Copy of the 504, IEP, and/or evaluations for speech, developmental, behavioral, learning, or social differences, if applicable.
Once an application has been received and reviewed, our Director of Admission will reach out to schedule a Family Interview and Assessment.
*Submitting an application does not hold a child’s seat. They are not guaranteed a seat until they are accepted, and a seat is still available.
Step 3: Scheduling Family Interview & Student Assessment:
Once the application and fee are received, our Director of Admission will review it and be in contact to schedule a student assessment and family interview. Students will complete a Math and Reading Assessment. PK3-2nd will be assessed by a teacher, and 3rd-8th grade students will complete an online assessment. Once the assessments are completed, the Director of Admissions will review the results and schedule a family interview with the principal.
During the family interview, new families will have the opportunity to meet the principal, learn more about ICS, including the school's culture, and for us to learn more about the family. Students are also required to attend the interview.
Step 4: Acceptance and Enrollment:
During this step, the principal will evaluate and make a decision of acceptance. Once a decision has been made, a follow-up email will be sent with instructions on how to enroll.
Step 5: Complete Student Enrollment and FACTS Payment Plan:
Families will have 1 week to accept their child's seat from the date of our email. To complete the enrollment:
- Create a Family Facts Account
- Complete the Enrollment Package by following the instructions on the email sent
- Upload the immunization form, physical form, and scholarship award ID
- Select a payment plan
- Pay the enrollment fee
