Elementary education at Incarnation Catholic School
Discover a nurturing and stimulating environment where elementary students thrive. Our dedicated approach to learning ensures each child receives a comprehensive and engaging educational experience.

Literacy first
At Incarnation Catholic School, we've embraced the research-based, data-driven Literacy First: The Science of Reading teaching framework for our reading instruction. This powerful approach ensures students in our early childhood program and elementary grades develop foundational skills in phonological and phonemic awareness, word study, fluency, and comprehension. Reading instruction is delivered daily through whole group and small group sessions, with students grouped based on data to provide differentiated and individualized learning.

Comprehensive curriculum for growth
Our comprehensive elementary curriculum extends beyond reading to include core areas of study in Math, Social Studies, Science, and Religion. We believe in providing a well-rounded education that fosters intellectual curiosity and spiritual development. Our integrated learning experience makes education engaging and relevant for every student, preparing them for future academic success.

Beyond academics: Special area classes and technology
To further enrich our students' educational journey, we offer a variety of special area classes designed to develop an appreciation for the arts and provide opportunities for growth outside of traditional subjects. These include STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), Art, Music, and Physical Education. With technology integrated throughout our school, from digital curriculum to interactive learning tools, we ensure our students are well-prepared for the future.
