Join us as we celebrate the new beginning of our Annual School Gala.

Established in 1964, Incarnation Catholic School has been blessed to serve students in PK through 8th grade for more than sixty years. Our mission is to provide a faith-filled, academically strong education that nurtures the spiritual, intellectual, and personal growth of every child. The success of this mission is made possible through the generosity of our families, alumni, and community partners. All proceeds directly support classroom resources, academic and faith-based programs, tuition assistance, and enrichment opportunities for our students. Your generosity helps ensure that our students continue to thrive in an environment rooted in faith, service, and excellence.

We Need Your Help To Make The Gala A Success

 

To help with the success of our gala, we need help from all of our families. We will be needing volunteers, donations, and sponsors. To help us secure donations, we have created a letter that parents can use to request donations and sponsorship. Download both documents found below.

What donations do we need?

 

We need items for our raffle and auction, such as:

Gift cards, travel packages, luggage sets, jewelry, autographed memorabilia, photo shoot sessions, sports tickets, concert tickets, private chef dinners, wine tastings, spa days, baskets, adventure days, cooking experiences, and much more.

 

***For every donated item that a parent is able to secure, you will receive 2 commitment hours***

 

What else do we need?

 

We are currently looking for the following: a band or music contact, a Cuban cigar maker, a photographer and various sponsors for the event. Visit the gala website for more information.

Sponsorship Levels

 

Purchase tickets or become a sponsor

 

 

Platinum Sponsor: $10,000   

The Platinum sponsor level includes the following.

  • Preferred table seating for 8
  • Dinner
  • Two mimosas or beer per guest
  • Non-alcoholic beverage
  • Dancing
  • Silent Auction & Raffle Access
  • Four raffle tickets per guest
  • Recognition during the event on signage, screen, itinerary, school website, and social media including company branding
  • A bottle of champagne
  • A special Thank you gift
  • A banner to be displayed on the school campus
  • Your name included on a sponsor's plaque located inside the school

(Non-attending sponsors can donate their seats to faculty and staff)

(All attendees must be 21 and older)

 

Diamond Sponsor: $5000

The Diamond sponsor level includes the following.

  • Preferred table seating for 6
  • Dinner
  • Two mimosas or beer per guest
  • Non-alcoholic beverage
  • Dancing
  • Silent Auction & Raffle Access
  • Three raffle tickets per guest
  • Recognition during the event on signage, screen, itinerary, school website, and social media including company branding
