Student Council is open to grades 3-8. Incarnation Catholic School's Student Council is a group that meets regularly to promote leadership, teamwork, school spirit, and pride throughout the school. It works to learn about civic responsibility and service to our school. Student Council runs the school store and participates in projects to benefit our school and community. Student Council members learn life skills that enhance classroom learning.

The ICS Student Council is open to students in grades 3-8 who represent the entire student body. Each homeroom elects two representatives to the council. Students in grade 6 are eligible for the office of Secretary and Treasurer, student in grade 7 are eligible for the offices of Vice President , Secretary, and Treasurer, and students in grade 8 are eligible for the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Yearbook: Grade 8 students assist in developing the annual Incarnation Catholic School Yearbook. The ICS Yearbook has a long tradition going back to 1972. The book includes group photos of each class, club, team, and activity plus individual student photos, special photo pages for seniors, and the memories section. Yearbook Club members meet Tuesday after school to work on the various sections of the book. They not only contribute their time to completing the project but their art and ideas as well. The book is no longer a cut a paste task, but is done digitally using the Lifetouch Online Yearbook website so students have an opportunity to learn basic layout and design skills while working on the book.
Altar Servers: The ICS altar servers are a group of grade 5-8 students, male and female, who serve the school community by assisting the priest at the weekly school masses and Stations of the Cross during Lent. Training is held once a month and students may begin serving by talking with Mrs. Harris and attending a monthly training. The Lord calls us all to service; it's up to us to find how our gifts can best be used in His service.
Safety Patrol is open to grades 5-6. These students are selected to be safety patrol based on certain criteria. They must provide a written explanation of why they believe they would make a good patrol, obtain teacher recommendation, and have the support of their parents. The patrols must show that they are both responsible and respectful of others as they work to ensure the safety of our students. Patrols stand outside in the heat and the cold, get to school early or stay until everyone has gone from the pick up line. They work hard to open doors, assist our youngest students with lifting or carrying heavy items, setting up and taking down the traffic cones, and sometimes just offering those kind words of hello or have a nice day that put a smile on our faces as we arrive or depart.
St. Francis Garden and Ecology Club: The ICS garden program is open to students in grades 5 - 8. The after-school club, organized by Mrs. Carrier and Mrs. Bujak-Dominiak, will meet every Friday from 3:15 - 4:30. Please meet in the science lab. Students are asked to bring $25 to join the club and their own garden gloves. The fee is not a weekly fee. It is only paid one time. The $25 fee helps to pay for supplies for the garden. Read about the progress of the club on Mrs. Carrier's blog.
Sacred Steps Running Club : Running is an easy exercise opportunity - it requires no equipment outside of a good pair of shoes, you don't need a special field or court, and you can do it at any age and for any reason. This club will couple exercise with scripture / prayer.
Robotics Club: Students will have the opportunity to work with Legos, computers and programming as they will make their creations come to life. Visit the robotics club page for more information and the registration form.
