Scrip Order Form
What is
scrip?
Scrip is “substitute money”. When you purchase
scrip, you will receive negotiable certificates or cards
that can be used like cash to purchase products or services
from merchants who have issued them. Scrip can be used
to purchase anything from groceries, fuel, clothing, toys,
and cosmetics to entertainment, electronics, home
improvement, or household services. A certain
percentage of each amount purchased, varied by retailer,
will be given back to ICS. Every $300 spent will earn
1 volunteer hour.
Reach for the Stars
Incarnation Catholic School’s, Reach for the Stars
Dinner Dance and Auction began nine years ago as a
one-time endeavor to raise funds for a much needed
computer lab. The committee raised $18,000 that
orientation year. The most successful fundraiser before
the event raised $5,000. And so the Reach For the Stars
Gala became the corner stone of the Home and School
fundraising efforts.
You
may not realize that things in your daily lives can add
great value to the event. And, you may be able to
receive service hours for your donation. The following
are some suggestions as to how to help:
And remember, we can always use more hands. If you’re
interested in volunteering, please contact Maggie Neal
