FUNDRAISERS

Incarnation depends upon money raised by our Home & School Association to fund special needs the school has.  We realize that as a parent you may not be able to participate in every fundraiser.  It is our goal to provide a variety of fundraisers in hopes that you will find something to support which suits you and your family.

2009-2010 FUNDRAISERS

Cash4Class (September 1 – November 1) Westfield Citrus Park supports our school by hosting a shopping rewards program where schools compete to win cash prizes up to $10,000.  At the end of the   two-month program, the points are tallied and the top three schools win cash prizes. Each dollar that a customer spends at Westfield Citrus Park can be turned into a point for our school.

Sally Foster/Yankee Candle/Entertainment Book (August 27 – September 11) Sally Foster gift wrap features stylish designs that range from adorably cute to sophisticated and modern gift wrap. Their high quality gift wrap, delicious chocolates, gourmet gifts and practical items for the home are great for holidays, birthdays and all other occasions.  Yankee Candle is America’s best loved candle. The Entertainment Book is filled with hundreds of 50% off and 2-for-1 discounts for your area on the things you do everyday like dining, groceries, shopping, services, and attractions. Plus great discounts on travel, home furnishings and much more!

Spaghetti Dinner (September 18) IPHSA will host its “Welcome Back to School” dinner.  This event is open to all ICS families and friends.  Come enjoy a great dinner and spend some time with your ICS community.

Payday$ Raffle Sweepstakes (October 5-November 7) IPHSA is so excited to bring you our annual Payday$ Sweepstakes which offers you 26 chances to be a winner per $10 raffle ticket. Win $100 Monday through Thursday, $500 on Fridays, and our Grand Prize of $1,500 on our Reach for the Stars evening.

Reach for the Stars Gala (November 7) Our primary fundraiser consists of a fabulous dinner, dance, and auction.  We offer both silent auction items and live auction items.  Come enjoy an evening of friends, food, and fun.  Items up for bidding include autographed sports memorabilia, relaxing vacation getaways, teacher/student outings, professional services, jewelry, etcetera.  Each class does a priceless handcrafted project. Some of the classroom projects include the kindergarten quilt, the fourth grade cookbook, and the eighth scrapbook.

Cookie Dough and Fruit Sales (October-November) We will offer cookie dough and fruit sales.  This will be great for guests around the holidays.  This is also a great gift idea for out-of-town family members. 

Santa Breakfast (December 5) Join us for the best Santa breakfast in town.  This event always proves to be a jolly ole’ time for the little ones.  There is lots of fun to be had.  Everyone gets a chance to sit on Santa’s lap and whisper their Christmas list into his ear. 

Teacher Appreciation Week (February 1-February 5) At ICS we always celebrate Teacher Appreciation during Catholic Schools Week.  Each day of the week IPHSA plans a special treat for the teacher; i.e., bagels for breakfast, surprise goodies in their mailbox.  At the end of the week on Friday, students get out at noon and IPHSA uses this opportunity to serve our teachers a fabulous lunch.  We want our teachers to know how very much we appreciate them!

Papa John’s Pizza Night (Second Thursday of every month) Papa John’s donates 20% of your order back to our school.  Simply order pizza for pickup or delivery, fill out the slip and turn it in.  Everyone loves pizza!

Scrapbooking Extravaganza (February 19) Admission for this event will include entry, door prize drawings, goodie bag, lunch and dinner, snacks and beverages throughout the day.  Enjoy hours and hours of kid-free scrapbooking!

BJ’s Membership/Renewal (November/February) BJ’s offers our school five dollars for every new and renewal membership.  We offer this service twice a year to assist our ICS families who are interested.  It makes signing up or renewing easy.  They give us a reduced price, additional months free, and a second card at no charge.  What a deal!
