First Grade Supply List

Please put your child's name on all of the following items with a black permanent marker. 
(Names do not need to be put on every pencil and crayon.)
 
2 Packages of #2 pencils (approx. 24 pre-sharpened pencils)
2  Large pink erasers (no novelty erasers)
4 Pocket folders NO PRONGS (solid colors only)
 1 – red; 1 – yellow; 1 – green; 1 - blue
1 Pocket folder student’s choice of design (No Prongs)
1 Crayola Crayons 24 count (Larger boxes will be sent home.)
1 Box 12-ct. colored pencils (pre-sharpened)
1 Tray Crayola Water Color Paints
2 Large zipper nylon pencil bags (No boxes permitted)
1 5" Blunt Scissors
4 Glue Sticks 
1 Elmer’s Glue 4 oz.
1 Backpack (NO ROLLING BOOKBAGS OR LUGGAGE PERMITTED)
1 Lunch Box for lunch and/or snack
 
The following items do not need to have a name on them.
1 Family Size box of Kleenex
1 Box of Large Band-aides
1 Large roll of paper towels
1 Container Disinfecting wipes - no bleach
1 Unscented Baby Wipes 
1 12oz. Bottle of Hand Sanitizer Regular size (Germ X or Purell)
Girls: 1 Box Quart size Ziploc Freezer bags

Boys: 1 Box Gallon size Ziploc Freezer Bags

 
The following items will be used at home.
2 Rolls of clear contact paper (to cover workbooks)
2 Packages of 3 x 5 cards 
 (Vocabulary/Spelling word practice)
1 Set each of Addition and Subtraction Flash cards
